s AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3 5 31 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
s The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
9 ORDAINS as follows:
is Section 1 that Section No. 51 of Ordinance No. 3531 of the County of Butte
ii entitled WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION Budget Unit 570001 is hereby amended
z2 by deleting therefrom the following:

l4 3 Staff Services Systems Specialist
15 1 Supervisor-Staff Support Services
3 6 I 1 Receptionist
17 1 Micrographics Technician
18 27 Off ce Assistant III, II, I
19 and adding thereto the following:

24 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect on August 21, 1999, pursuant to Section 25123(f)
2 of the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen
3 (IS) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
