AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3531 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS_THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DO
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section No. 68 of Ordinance No. 3531 of the County of Butte
1 ~ entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C: LAW
12 ENFORCEMENT -MANAGEMENT UNIT, for all effective dates is deleted in its
13 entirety.
14 Section 2 that Section No. 68 of Ordinance No. 3531 of the County of Butte
15 entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE C: LAW
z 6 ENFORCEMENT -MANAGEMENT UNIT, EFFECTNE: NLY 28, 1998, is added,
17 together with the following classifications and salaries:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of
2 the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
3 days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte,
4 State of California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
6 this 24th day of August , 1999, by the following vote:
