5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3531 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 68 of Ordinance No.3531 of the County of Butte entitled
11 MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
12 CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
13 Classification Title Class Code Salary (monthl~quivalent~
14 Plan Check Engineer 3725 Step l/$3,441 -Step 5/$4,1. $3
15 and adding thereto the following

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
