5 AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING ORDINANCE N0.3531 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 30 of Ordinance No.3531 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "43 0-001 PROBATION"' is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
12 Positions Classification Title
13 ~ 1 Probation Officer III, II, I {term position to end 05-30-2000)
14 1 Probation Officer III, II, I {term position to end 11-30-2000)
15 .5 Probation Technician (team position to end 11-30-2000)
16 .S Office Assistant ITT, II, I (term position to end 11-30-2000}
17 thereby changing the total from 74.75 to 77.75.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 14th day of seUtember .._ __, 1999, by the following vote:
