5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.353I OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section I that Section 48 of Ordinance No.3531 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH-GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
12 therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classif cation Title
14 4 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
15 2 Recordable Document Examiner II, I
16 and adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classification Title
1 S S Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
19 1 Recordable Document Examiner II, I
20 thereby leaving the total unchanged

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
