6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY,ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 17 of Ordinance No.3531 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by adding thereto
12 the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 1 District Attorney Investigator I/II term (6130102)
15 changing the total from 64 to 65.
16 Section 2 that Section 26 of Ordinance No.3531 of the County of Butte entitled
17 "360-OOS SHERIFF -CORONER -SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT UNIT" is hereby
1 S amended by adding thereto the following:
19 Positions Classification Title
20 1 Deputy Sheriff term (6/3 0102)
21 changing the total from 5 to 6.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
