5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3531 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 47 of Ordinance No.3531 of the County of Butte entitled
I1 "540-001 -- PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
12 deleting therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classif cation Title
14 2 Public Health Assistants (Term 9130199}
15 and adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classification Title
t7 2 Public Health Assistants (Term 12131199}
18 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 12th day of October , 1999, by the following vote:
