5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY _ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 51 of Ordinance No. of the County of Butte entitled
11 "570-001. -WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
12 the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 2 Supervisor-Staff Support Services
15 1 Paralegal
16 and adding thereto the following:
17 Positions Classification Title
18 1 Supervisor-Staff Support Services
19 2 Paralegal
20 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This oxdznance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 12th day of October , 1999, by the following vote:
