5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 5 S 2 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section d0 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "704-000 Information Systems" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
12 Positions Classification Title
13 1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
14 3 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I
15 and by adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classification Title
1 ~ 4 Information Systems Analyst III, II, I
18 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen { 15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
5 9th day of November , 1999, by the following vote:
