5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3531 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE_"SALARY ORDINANCE"

S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 47 of Ordinance No.3532 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "540-001 Public Health -General Services" is hereby amended by adding thereto the
12 following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 1 Program Manager (term position to end 6130100)
15 thereby increasing the total from 105 to 106.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 7rh day of December , 1999, by the following vote:
