5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 5 52 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 37 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "460-001 AGRICULTURAL" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
12 Positions Classif cation Title
13 1 Agricultural Biologist II/I (term position to end 06130100}

15 thereby changing the total from 17 to 18.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S l23(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
