5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3552 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 67 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE D: MANAGEMENT,
12 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
13 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
14 Class Code Classif cation Title Hourly Salar~g_e
I S 7710 Specialist-Court Compliance Program $12.61 - $15.33
16 And adding hereto the following
17 Class Code Classification Title Hours Salary Range
18 7711 Supervisor-Court Compliance Division $15.63 - $18.99
19 Section 2 that Section 67 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
20 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE A: GENERAL UNIT
21 CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby amended by adding hereto the following:

23 7709 Court Compliance Specialist I $12.00 - $14.58
24 7710 Court Compliance Specialist II $12.86 - $15.64
25 Section 3 that Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3552 of the County of Butte entitled
26 "SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF BUTTE" is hereby amended
27 by deleting therefrom the following:

3 and adding hereto the following:

5 1 Supervisor-Court Compliance Division
6 4 Court Compliance Specialist II, I
7 thereby changing the total from 130.5 to 132.5.
8 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
9 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
10 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
11 California.
12 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
