5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3552 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 67 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE E: SOCIAL
12 SERVICES WORKERS' UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS is hereby amended by adding
13 thereto the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect retroactive to October 3, 1998 and before expiration
2 of fifteen { l 5) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County
3 of Butte, State of California.
4 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
