5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3552 OF THE
b COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 47 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "540-00 I PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
12 therefrom the following:
13 Positions Classif cation Title
14 12 Medical Records Technician II, I
15 5 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
1 b and adding thereto the following:
I7 Positions Classification Title
18 13 Medical Records Technician II, I
19 4 Accounting Specialist, Senior Account Clerk or Account Clerk
20 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (l5) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
