5 AN ORDINANCE AIVIENDING ORDINANCE N0.3552 OF THE
s COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
1o Section 1 that Section 67 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled "SALARY
~ ~ PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE D: MANAGEMENT,
12 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
i 3 amended by adding hereto the fallowing
14 Class Code Classification Title Hourly Salary Range
15 7735 Court Administrator -Family & Children's Division $24.11 - $29.31

17 Section 2 that Section 1b of Ordinance No. 3552 of the County of Butte entitled
18 "SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF BUTTE" is hereby amended by
19 adding hereto the following:
20 Positions Classification Title
21 1 Court Administrator ~ Family & Children's Division
22 thereby leaving the total increased by one.

24 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2s Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15j days
26 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
27 California.
28 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
1 14th day of December , 1999, by the following vote:
