5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3552 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section b7 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCED: MANAGEMENT,
12 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
13 amended by adding hereto the following
14 Class Code Classification Title Hourly Salar, R~ tinge
15 1270 Chief Deputy Court Executive Officer -Technology $24.11 - $29.31
16 Section 2 that Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3552 of the County of Butte entitled
17 "SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF BUTTE" is hereby amended
18 by adding hereto the following:
19 Positions Classification Title
20 1 Chief Deputy Court Executive Officer -Technology
21 thereby changing the total from 132.5 to 133.5.
22 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
23 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S) days
24 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
25 California.
