3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3552 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
~ DOES ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 67 of Ordinance No. 3552 of the County of
4 Butte entitled "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS,
i a REFERENCE D - MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND
~ ~ SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby amended by
12 deleting therefrom the following:

~ s and adding thereto the following
~6 Classification Title Class Code Biweekl~~r,~g_e
~ 7 Buyer II 1609 $1,190 - $1,446
is Suyer I 1610 $1,082 -- $1,315
~9 Section 2 that Section 8 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte
zo entitled "060-002 ADMINISTRATIVE - PURCHASING" is hereby
21 amended by deleting therefrom the following:

24 and adding thereto the following:

27 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section
z 25123(f) of the Government Code of the State of California; and before
3 expiration of f fteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a
4 newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
