5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3552 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

S The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section 1 that Section 67 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
I I "SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS, REFERENCE D: MANAGEMENT,
12 CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby
13 amended by adding hereto the following
14 Class Code Classif cation Title Hourly Salary Range
IS 6150 Program Manager-Butte County Children & Families Commission $22.15 - $26.93
is Section 2 that Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3552 of the County of Butte entitled
17 "540-001 - PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
I S therefrom the following:
19 Positions Classif cation Title
20 1 Program Manager {term position to end 6130100)
21 and adding hereto the following:
22 Positions Classification Title
23 1 Program Manager -Butte County Children & Families Commission
24 {term position to end 6/30100)
25 thereby leaving the total unchanged.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 25th day of January , 2000, by the following vote:
