3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 S S 2 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 13 of Ordinance No.35S2 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "100-001 COUNTY COUNSEL" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
10 following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Staff Services Systems Specialist or Senior Staff Service Systems Specialist
13 thereby changing the total from 11 to 10.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(1} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 stn day of February , 2000, by the following vote:
