AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 3552 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE."
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1 that Section 13 of Ordinance No. 3552 of the County of Butte entitled
"100001 COUNTY COUNSEL" is hereby amended by adding hereto the following:

1 Deputy County Counsel IV
thereby changing the total from 10 to 11.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f} of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days after
its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
