3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 5 52 OF THE
~ COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

b The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State off' California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1 that Section SS of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled "570-008
9 WELFARE -PUBLIC GUARDIAN" is hereby amended by adding thereto the
10 following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Specialist -Public Guardian/Public Administrator
13 thereby changing the total from 3 to 4.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 sth day of February , 2000, by the following vote:
