3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 5 5 2 OF THE
~ COt TY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1 that Section 49 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "S41-OOI BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1. Health Education Specialist, II, I {term position to end 630-2000)
13 3 Health Education Specialist, II, I
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Positions Classification Title
16 4 Health Education Specialist, II, I
17 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 229.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 22nd day of February , 2000, by the following vote:

9 NOES : None
