3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3SS2 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

G The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1 that Section S 1 of Ordinance No.35S2 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "570-001 WELFARE -ADMINISTRATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
10 following:

12 7 Welfare Staff Analyst
13 and addzng thereto the following:
14 Positions Classif cation Title
i s 8 Welfare Staff Analyst
16 thereby changing the total from 154 to 155.
I7 Section 2 that Section S3 of Ordinance No. 3552 of the County of Butte entitled
18 "570-004 WELFARE -SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
19 following:
20 Positions Classification Title
21 1 Administrative Analyst ITT
22 thereby changing the total from 112 to 111.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(fj of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 22nd day of February ~~, 2000, by the following vote:
