3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3552 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 18 of Ordinance No.3SS2 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION" is hereby
10 amended by adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 2 Administrative Services Assistant
13 5 Supervising Family Support Case Manager
14 thereby changing the total from 124.5 to 131.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen { 15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 4th day of March , 2000, by the following vote:
