3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3 5 5 2 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1 that Section 18 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION" is hereby
10 amended by deleting it in its entirety.
11 Section 1 that Section 18 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
12 "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION" is hereby
13 amended by adding hereto the following:

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
