3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3552 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE~KNQWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 52 of Ordinance No.3552 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "570-003 WELFARE- ELIGIBILITY " is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
10 following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 56 Eligibility Technician II, T
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 56 Employment and Eligibility Technician
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 173.

1 This ordinance shall take effect on March 18, 2000, pursuant to Section 25123 (f J of
2 the Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15)
3 days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State
4 of California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
