3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 359a OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 41 of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "530-002 PUBLIC WORKS -GENERAL ADNIINISTRATION" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Secretazy II
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Supervisor-Clerical Support Services
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 5.5

1 This ordinance shall take effect March 1 S, 2000, pursuant to Section 25123 {f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
