3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3590 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 17 of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Legal Typist Clerk or Office Assistant III
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Investigative Assistant
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at b5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25I23(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen { 1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 2gth day of March , 2000, by the following vote:

8 AYES: supervisors Beeler, Roux, J'osiassen and Chair Dolan
9 NOES: None
10 ABSENT: Supervisor Davis
