3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3590 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 47 of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "540-001 PUBLICHEALTH-~ GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Clinic Manager
13 23.5 Public Health Nurse TIT, II, I
14 11 Health Education Specialist II, I
15 4 Off ce Assistant III, II, I
16 and adding thereto the following:
17 2 Clinic Manager
18 24.5 Public Health Nurse III, II, I
19 11.5 Health Education Specialist II, I
20 4.5 Office Assistant III, II, I
21 thereby changing the total from 229 to 232.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251230} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 2s~h day of March , 2000, by the following vote:
