3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3590 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 1 S of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-002 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION" is hereby
10 amended by adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Administrative Analyst III
13 1 Administrative Analyst II, I
14 1 Auditor -Accountant I
15 thereby changing the total from 131.5 to 134.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 25th day of April , 2000, by the following vote:
