3 ~ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3590 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1 that Section 30 of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
10 Positions Classification Title
l I 1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
12 and adding thereto the following:
13 Positions Classification Title
14 2 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
15 thereby changing the total from 79.75 to 80.75.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
