5 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3590 OF THE
6 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

8 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
9 ORDAIN as follows:
10 Section I that Section 67 of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
11 "REFERENCED: MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
12 CLASSIFICATIONS" is deleted in its entirety.
13 Section 2 that Section 67 of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
14 "REFERENCED: MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
1 S CLASSIFICATIONS, EFFECTIVE: October 2, 1999" is added.

1 This ordinance s~xu~l take effect immediately purs~~~.nt to Section 25123{f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15}days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 sash day of May , 2000, by the following vote:
