AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3590 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1 that Section No. 68 of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
"REFERENCE A: APPOINTED DEPARTMENT HEADS" is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect as of June 17, 2000, pwrsuant to Section 25123(fl of the
Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
13th day of June , 2000 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
