3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3590 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 49 of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "541-001. BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
10 deleting therefrom the following:
11 positions Classif cation Title
12 2 Mental Health Clinician II, I (term position to end 06130100)
13 4 Senior Mental Health Counselor/Mental Health Counselor/
14 Mental Health Worker {term position to end 06130100)
1 ~ And adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classification Title
17 2 Mental Health Clinician II, I (term position to 6130101}
18 4 Senior Mental Health Counselor/Mental Health Counselor/
t 9 Mental Health Worker {term position to end 613 0/01)
20 Thereby leaving th e total unchanged at 229.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of f fteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 13th day of June , 2000, by the following vote:
