AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3590 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordains as
follows:
Section 1. Section No. b7 of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
"REFERENCE D: MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Class Classification

and adding thereto the following:

This ordinance shall take effect as of June 8, 2000, pursuant to Section 25123 of the
Goverment Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days after its
passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
27th day of June , 2000 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
NOES: bone
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
