3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3590 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3590 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "SUPERIOR COURT OF CALIFORNIA, COUNTY OF BUTTE" is hereby amended
10 by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 3 Court Services Coordinator II
13 2 Court Services Coordinator I
14 1 Administrative Analyst I -Courts
15 1 Paralegal -Courts
16 4 Court Clerk I or Office Assistant II, I -Courts
17 1.5 Court Clerk III, II, I
18 1 Office Assistant II -Courts
19 and adding thereto the following:
20 Positions Classification Title
21 5 Court Services Coordinator II, I
22 2 Administrative Analyst III, II, I -Courts
23 4 Court Clerk IV
24 4 Office Assistant III, II, I -Courts
25 thereby changing the total from 134.5 to 136.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 27th day of une , 2000, by the following vote:
