3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3~~s of the County of Butte
9 entitled "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY - CRIlVIINAL" is hereby amended by adding
14 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Deputy Dzstrict Attorney IV (position to expire 6130103)
13 .5 Legal Secretary II, I (position to expire 6130103)
14 thereby Changing the total from 65 to 66.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (1 S} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 11th day of July , 2000, by the following vote:
