3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 27 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "420-001 PROBATION-JUVENILE HALL" is hereby amended by deleting
IO therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Juvenile Hall Counselor II
13 thereby changing the total from 35 to 34.
14 Section 2. Section 28 of Ordinance No. 36].3 of the County of Butte
15 entitled "430-001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
1C Positions Classifcation Title
17 1 Probation Officer III, II, I
18 thereby changing the total from $0.75 to 81.75.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S X23{f) ofthe
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
