Ordinance No. 3617
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3 613 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
ordains as follows:
Section 1. Sections No. 2 - 62 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of
Butte entitled "ALLOCATED POSITIONS" is hereby deleted in its entirety.
Section 2. Sections No. 2 - 62 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of
Butte entitled "ALLOCATED POSITIONS" is hereby added as detailed in
Exhibit A.

This ordinance shall take effect immediately, pursuant to Section 25123 of ',
the Government Code of the State of California. The Clerk of the Board of
Supervisors is authorized and directed, before the expiration of fifteen (15) days
after its passage, to publish this Ordinance once, with the names of the members
of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it, in the Chico Enterprise-
Record, anewspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
