AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3613 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordains as
follows:
Section 1. Section No. 63 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
"REFERENCE D: MANAGEMENT, CONFIDENTIAL, AND SUPERVISORY UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS, Effective: July 8, 2000" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

and adding thereto the following:

The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is authorized and directed, before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, to publish this Ordinance once, with the names of the
members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it, in the Chico Enterprise-Record,
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
25th day of July , 2000 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Beeler, Houx, Josiassen, Davis and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
