3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 4S of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "541 001-BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by
10 adding thereto the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 6 Mental Health Clinician II, I
13 6 Senior Mental Health Counselor, Mental Health Counselor,
14 Mental Health Worker
15 1 Supervisor -Mental Health Clinician
16 1 Medical Records Technician II, I
17 thereby changing the total from 247 to 261.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 stn day of August , 2000, by the following vote:
