3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Sutte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "320-001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Deputy District Attorney IV (position to expire 6130103)
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classif cation Title
15 1 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, Ii, I (position to expire 6/30/03)
16 thereby leaving the total at 66.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 251230} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15} days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 22nd day of August , 2000, by the following vote:
