3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 2$ of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "430W001 PROBATION" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:
10 Positions Classif cation Title
11 1 Office Assistant II
12 and adding thereto the following:
13 Positions Classif cation Title
14 1 Office Assistant TT1,11,1
15 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 83.25.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f} of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {1 S) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
