3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3 613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1 that Section 43 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
l0 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Staff Nurse II, I or Licensed Vocational Nurse
13 and adding thereto the following:
l4 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Staff Nurse III, II, I or Licensed Vocational Nurse
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 1.15.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 22,~a day of Au ust , 2000, by the following vote:
