3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 63 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte
9 entitled "REFERENCE F: CLASSIFICATIONS WITH FLAT RATE ASSIGNMENTS"
10 is hereby amended by adding the following:
11 Flat Rate Class Code Classification Title
12 $7.25 2605 File Clerk -Extra Help.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 12tih day of september , 2000, by the following vote:
