3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, ordains as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 16 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "320-001
$ DISTRICT ATTORNEY -CRIMINAL" is hereby amended by adding thereto the fallowing:
9 Positions Classification Title
10 1 Deputy District Attorney IV, III, II, I
11 1 Information Systems Analyst I
12 1 Investigative Assistant
13 thereby changing the total from 66.5 to 69.5.
14 Section 2. Section 20 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "360-001
15 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
16 Positions Classification Title
17 1 Principal Analyst
18 Thereby changing the total from 55 to 56.
19 Section 3. Section 2$ of Ordinance Na. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "430-001
20 PROBATION" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

22 1 Administrative Analyst III, II, I
2.3 7 Probation-Technician
24 1 Accounting Specialist
25 1 Receptionist
26 thereby changing the total from 83.25 to 93.25
1 Section 4. Section 37 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "480-001
2 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES -PLANNING" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

5 thereby changing the total from 16 to 17.
6 Section 5. Section 45 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled "541-001.
7 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
8 following:

11 and adding thereto the following:

19 thereby changing the total from 23 to 25.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123 of the Government Code
2 of the State of California; and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
3 published once, with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it,
4 in the Chico Enterprise-Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
