3 AN ORDINANCE AlV1ENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 10 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "070-001 TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
10 the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 1 Revenue & Reimbursement Off cer II, I
13 And adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classification Title
15 1 Supervisor-Staff Support Services
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 19.6.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2S 123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen {15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 26~h day of September , 2000, by the following vote:
