3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section 1. Section 41 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "533-002 -PUBLIC WORKS - CONSTRUCTIONAND MAINTENANCE" is hereby
10 amended by deleting therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Civil Engineering -Supervisor
13 and adding thereto the following:
14 Positions Classif cation Title
1 S l Civil Engineering Associate or Civil Engineering -Assistant
16 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 89.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123{fj of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 26th day of September , 2000, by the following vote:
