3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
S Section 1. Section 27 of Ordinance No. 3613 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "420-001 -PROBATION -JUVENILE HALL" is hereby amended by adding thereto
10 the following:
11 Positions Classification Title
12 1 Probation Off cer III, II, I (position to end July 30, 2002)
13 thereby changing the total from 34 to 35.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 25123(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration of fifteen (15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 26th day of September , 2000, by the following vote:
