3 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3613 OF THE
4 COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

6 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, DOES
7 ORDAIN as follows:
8 Section l Section 43 of Ordinance No. 361.3 of the County of Butte entitled
9 "540-001 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL SERVICES" is hereby amended by deleting
10 therefrom the following:
11 Positions Classif cation Title
12 4 Staff Nurse ii, I or Licensed Vocational Nurse
13 2 Staff Nurse II, I
14 and adding thereto the following:
15 Positions Classification Title
16 6 Staff Nurse III, II, I or Licensed Vocational Nurse
17 thereby leaving the total unchanged at 115.5.

1 This ordinance shall take effect immediately pursuant to Section 2512~(f) of the
2 Government Code of the State of California; and before expiration offiftee~~ X15) days
3 after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
4 California.
5 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this
6 lath day of October , 2000, by the following vote:
